DELIVERY TIME - BLANK PRODUCTS
Unsewn products generally ship within 24 hours. Allow 1-5 days for products requiring grommet and hook, pocket towels, or tote towels. Delivery time depends on quantity.

ARTWORK
Camera-ready artwork is required. Artwork and typesetting is billed at $35.00/hour(Z). Click here for art requirements.

SCREENPRINTING INFORMATION
Screen Charges (One-Time) :

Beach Towels

• Mega Print™ represents the largest imprint area in the industry for pigment printed towels. Screen charges are $125.00 (Z)/color. Please add $1.25 (V) per unit for Mega Print™ imprint.
• Standard Size (26" x 48") = $95.00 (Z)/color.
• Economy Size (24" x 36") = $65.00 (Z)/color.

Golf Towels = $35.00 (Z)/color.

Fitness Towels = $25.00 (Z)/color. Screens kept on file for 2 years from last order

Four Color Process: Minimum is 288 beach towels. Set up costs include art and film preparation charges of $400.00(X) plus screen charges for a minimum of 4 screens. A Pre-Production sample is required.

Ink Color Change: $25.00 (V)

Ink Color-Matching: We do not charge for PMS color match. Exact color match is not guaranteed. If color matching is critical, please request a pre-production sample. Metallic and flourescent inks are not available.

Pre-Production Samples/Proofs: Paper proofs are $10.00.(Z) Pre-Production Samples are $10.00 (Z) plus the cost of the product and screen charges. Screen charges will be applied to order. Changes to artwork will result in additional screen charges For orders over $2,000(Z), a pre-production sample is required.

Screens kept on file for 2 years from last order.

EMBROIDERY INFORMATION
First Time Orders:: A Pre-Production proof is required. To ensure accurate placement, approval samples are provided on actual product only.

Repeat Orders: There are no embroidery digitization charges for re-orders placed within 2 years.

Additional Stitches: For designs over 8,000 stitches, add $0.35 (V) per item for each additional 1,000 stitches. For designs with metallic thread, add $.25 (V) per 1,000 stitches.

Pre-Production Samples/Proofs: $10.00(Z) plus the cost of the product. For new designs, add digitizing fees specified below.

Digitization Fee (One-Time): $100 (V) (up to 4000 stitches); $150.00 (V) (up to 8000 stitches). Over 8000 stitches: $25.00 (Z) /thousand stitches. All digitized designs remain the property of Towels Specialties.

Edit Charge: Minimum charge: $50.00 (Z). Due to the unique nature of embroidering on terry cloth, most customer-supplied digitized designs require editing.

Thread Color Matching: Exact PMS color matching not guaranteed due to limited selection of thread colors.

MONOGRAMMING
After choosing your products, here is how to determine your price: 1-35 PIECES: Add $10.00 (V) to the 36 piece embroidery price. 36+ PIECES: Add $6.25 (V) to the embroidered price. Specify letter styling using the styles below:

PACKAGING
Poly-bagging: $.25 (R) per unit. Robes: No charge.

Gift Boxes: $3.95 (V) for gift box and tissue. To minimize freight expenses and prevent damages, we do not ship merchandise inserted in gift boxes. All boxes, tissue and robes are shipped bulk.

PRODUCTION INFORMATION
Over-Run/Under-Run Allowance: Orders are considered complete with a 5% over-run or under-run. There is a 5% upcharge for exact quantities.

Colors: May vary among dye lots. We can not guarantee exact color matching on re-orders.

Care: Prior to first use, we recommend washing screenprinted products in cold water and line-drying. It is normal for some ink to wash out on first washing, therefore wash separately. Do not use bleach or launder commercially.

Substitutions: We reserve the right to substitute material of equal or better value.

Variances: Variances in weight, size and imprint location of ± 7% are considered within acceptable manufacturing tolerances.

Changes/Cancellations: Must be received in writing at least 72 hours before required ship date and are subject to additional charges. Factory not responsible for errors that may occur when given less than 72 hours notification. Canceled orders are invoiced for all work and expenses incurred.

CLAIMS/RETURNS: Returns without prior authorization from our Credit Department will not be accepted. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Claims must be made in writing within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. We will not be responsible for shortages shipped to a third party. We utilize a box weight audit to determine actual packed quantities at time of shipment. Any delays or damage in transit must be settled with consigned carrier. We are not liable for decoration quality performed by other parties on our products nor for products that have not been properly cared for.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders are shipped F.O.B. factory (MD). Carrier is responsible for timely delivery once accepting consignment from factory.

Packaging: Unless otherwise requested, standard bulk packaging is used. Contact factory for availability and pricing of special packaging. When air shipments are requested (including UPS Blue or Red, Federal Express, etc.), dimensional rates will apply. Special packaging (non-standard carton quantities and palletization) are available upon request but may require additional time and cost.

Drop Shipments: $5.00 (Z) per destination.

Air Shipments: Dimensional weight usually applies to terry products.

Shipments outside continental U.S.: A processing fee of $20.00 (Z) per shipment will be assessed for shipments outside of the continental U.S. Customers are responsible for all goods. International shipments require customer signature on Export Shipment Disclaimer.

Copyright/Trademark Laws: We assume submitted artwork is in full compliance with laws governing copyrights and trademarks. Customers agree to hold Towel Specialties harmless for any damages and/or costs arising under these laws as a consequence of our using the artwork. Furthermore, all logos portrayed in our catalog are for illustration only and are not available for sale unless otherwise specified by the owner of that copyright.
